Holiday apartment in Lopar - Spacious apartment with terrace, sea view and ideal location near Paradise Beach
This spacious holiday apartment on the first floor of a well-maintained house in Lopar on the island of Rab offers plenty of space for families or friendly couples on around 80 m². With three bedrooms, three bathrooms and a large, covered south-facing terrace (30 m²) with a slight sea view, it is perfect for a relaxed beach holiday on the Adriatic.
Each of the three bedrooms has a double bed and its own air conditioning, allowing all guests to ensure comfortable temperatures individually. Two bedrooms have their own bathroom with a shower, the third bathroom offers a bathtub and a washing machine.
The bright kitchen-diner with dining area and access to the terrace is fully equipped - including dishwasher, oven, large fridge with freezer compartment, coffee machine and all important kitchen utensils. From here you can directly access the covered terrace with large wooden table - the ideal place for shared meals outdoors.
The house is located in a quiet residential area of Lopar, only about 200 m from the sea and the gently sloping sandy beach, which is particularly suitable for families with children. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, supermarket, ATM, and bakery. The famous "Paradise Beach (Rajska Plaža)" is about 1.5 km long and offers numerous leisure activities - from water sports to cosy beach cafés.
The accommodation offers free Wi-Fi, satellite TV and two private parking spaces directly at the house. In the outdoor area, there is also a terrace with barbecue facilities and seating in the garden. The landlords live in the same house and are happy to help with any questions.
