"The staff was good but when I called inquire about the pool everything was fine it was never told to me that the pool was closed that was very disappointing seeing that I was planning on using the pool I was also told that there is a rooftop with the three times that I've gone up there to try and see what that's all about the door was closed it was like I was forced to go to another part of the roof to the left it seemed very unsafe there like I should not even be here but the most disappointing part was the pool I believe I should have been told at the time that the pool was not open and not available I just feel like I was a little tricked into thinking that everything was fine well you asked what I was disappointed about and that is what it was"
