Stunning large 4 bedroom villa with private pool, perfect for large groups. The villa is located in a rural location and yet only 25 minutes to the beach. There are many terraces to enjoy alfresco meals with family and friends.

Master bedroom has 2 large double beds and full en-suite bathroom, and walk in wardrobe and sleeps 4

Bedroom 2 has a double and a single bed plus full en-suite bathroom and sleeps 3

Bedroom 3 has a king size double and full en-suite bathroom and sleeps 2

The self contained apartment within the main villa, with its own entrance, is perfect for adults to have their own space but also being within the villa, is huge and has a double bed and 2 large double sofa beds and a full en-suite so sleeps 6

Games room - Pool Table, Table Tennis

Outside :

Large Swimming pool with sun loungers and sun umbrellas. Terrace with dining table and chairs, barbecue. Lots of space for children to enjoy playing. Perfect location to explore the "real" Spain and still be close the the beaches and resorts.

Grounds are totally enclosed so safe for children along with electric entry gate and voicecom to the house

Beach is 20-25mins away at Aquilas or 35mins for Playa de Lorca. Huge shopping centre is 15mins away called Almenara and the Historic town of Lorca is again 15mins away
