Pros: I would highly recommend this place. It's offered amazing facility, very very clean, the fact that is situated on the beach is amazing. Very handy when you travel with kids. There is a playground area very close to the house. We spent there two weeks and really recharged our batteries. You will find there everything you can think of from kitchen facilities/accessories to sunbeds and other beach accessories. We would definitely return to Anna Vincente.

Pros: Wir waren in der Nachsaison da, wenige Touristen, die Woche über ein sehr ruhiger Ort. Kontakt zum Vermieter unkompliziert. Wir haben die Zeit sehr genossen und kommen gerne wieder.

Pros: Beliggenheden på stranden. Gode strandsenge og gode havemøbler til den lille og hyggelige gårdhave. Er du til fred og ro er dette det perfekt sted. God vært der straks svarer på spørgsmål via mail og telefon. Vi kommer gerne igen. Cons: Der er lidt langt til indkøb, så det kræver bil at bo i huset. Der er god ventilation i huset, men et egentligt aircondition anlæg ville forbedre vores ophold (vi havde 11 overnatninger i høj sommer, og der var varmere end normalt på det tidspunkt)

Pros: Tener el mar practicamente en la terraza. Los ventiladores de las habitaciones nos salvaron del calor nocturno. Muy utiles, poco ruidosos y bonitos. Cons: Nos hubiera gustado mas intimidad durante el dia en la terraza. A ciertas horas habia ajetreo en la salida a la playa.

Pros: Kære Willem og José Mange tak for en dejlig ferie i jeres fine hus. Alt var rent og pænt og der er en pragtfuld udsigt fra stuen og terrassen. Vi kørte til en lille bugt nær huset, hvor vi kunne bade. Den eneste ulempe var restauranten ved siden af, hvor flere gæster sad eller stod meget tæt på terrassen og snakkede meget højt. Pros: Encontramos la casa muy limpia y con todo lo necesario para pasar unos fantasticos dias. La señal de wifi es muy potente. La terraza tambien esta mas que correcta con sus mesa y sillas, plantas, sombrilla, manguera y unas tumbonas para relajarte en la playa, que esta nada mas salir de la terraza con una palmera a cada lado. Tambien es muy buen sitio para conocer la zona; desde el cabo de Palos hasta Aguilas, pasando por Lorca,Mazarron o Bolnuevo. Volvere..

Pros: Nous avons passé un très bon séjour dans la maison de willem et José. La plage était notre "jardin", la mer est chaude et peu agitée et il fait toujours beau. L'endroit est tranquille et préservé, nous avons vécu à l'heure espagnole avec les habitants qui sont très accueillants (ils sont même venus nous chercher pour les parties de pétanque le soir). A coté de la maison il y a un bar, El Faro, où les gens sont très sympas et où nous mangions sur la terrasse devant la mer tous les midis à des prix très raisonnables. Nous avons également participer aux fiestas avec eux. Il y a aussi de très belles balades à faire. La détente est assurée. Des vacances de rêve, nous y retournerons !

Pros: Beste José en Willem, Wat hebben wij genoten de afgelopen winter in jullie woning,en wat een fijne verhuurders zijn jullie! Voor iedereen die een gezellig en schoon huisje wil huren direct aan de kust is dit echt een aanrader. Alles wat erover beschreven is over deze visserswoning klopt. Ik zelf kom uit de reiswereld maar zulke geweldige verhuurders nooit meegemaakt. Wij komen zeker nog eens terug in deze regio en zullen dan weer huren via Willem en Jose,ze hebben meerdere woning in de verhuur dus voor elk wat wils. De streek hier is een aanrader voldoende mooie plaatsen te bezoeken. José en Willem bedankt voor alles. Groetjes, Geert en Gea Meijlof

Pros: 10 dagen zijn wij geweest in Casa Anavicente. Helaas een overhaast vertrek door de lockdown ivm het coronavirus. Het huisje staat op een unieke plek, direct aan het strand. Fantastisch de zee geluiden. Wij hebben dagelijks met de elektrische fiets prachtige tochten gemaakt door de diverse valleien en over de (forse) heuvels. De flexibiliteit van Willem en Jose was fijn om te ervaren. Na een telefoontje was het mogelijk om eerder te komen omdat onze reis voorspoedig ging. Het huis is compleet ingericht en het plaatselijke restaurant naast de deur!! Wij hopen nog eens terug te komen en van Casa Anavicente en de omgeving te gaan genieten

Pros: Der var lidt kedeligt i området med alle de drivhuse. Solparasollen virker ikke Ventilator i det ene værelse larmer og er ved at falde ned fra loftet.
