"Had a wonderful time here. Very spacious and well laid out. Nice patio area and great roof terrace. Right near the great sized pool and garden area. Short walk to brilliant beach and nice bars/restaurants. It is about 15 minute walk into the town of Garrucha which has plenty of shops & bars. Would highly recommend this property and will most likely stay there again ourselves."

"Dies war unser zweiter Besuch. Die Bilder lügen nicht! Die Terrasse ist ein Traum. Ich habe nichts zu beanstanden. Es war alles vorhanden wie beschrieben. Die Küche war top ausgestattet. 2 Bäder. Handtücher etc. alles vorhanden. Sehr sauber alles. Erste Lage am Strand. Kontakt zum Vermieter war super nett und schnell. Garage ebenfalls vorhanden. Nachbarschaft ist sehr ruhig. Strand nur durch die Promenade (Fußweg) getrennt. Waschmaschine vorhanden. 2 große Kühlschränke im Haus. Ich komme wieder"

"El alojamiento es fiel al anuncio. Es una casa antigua pero decorada con mucho gusto. Para mi gusto necesitaría aire acondicionado ya que es muy calurosa en los meses de verano y este problema no se soluciona con ventiladores. Su ubicación está muy bien ya que está a 5 minutos andando de una playa bastante grande y limpia. Águilas es una localidad que está muy cerca de calas vírgenes para visitar y también tiene muchos sitios para ver con niños."

The photos are real but when you get close to furniture/doors/bathroom you see they are shabby and rusty. I think probably this place was nice some years ago but not now. At the arrival I found three problems. 1) WC was broken, I spent several days asking for this to be solved. I WhatsApp-ed the local contact, she told me she knew the issue but asked me to send message to owner...

"A typical Spanish property, furnished in vintage Spanish style. The property had everything we needed, the terraces back and front are charming. We put the barbecue to good use. The host was very friendly and helpful, always responding quickly. The house is very well presented, very clean throughout. We are going to book for next year. Location excellent, close to beach, shops, restaurants etc. Thank you Anna."

"We had a fantastic holiday in the house. The terrace and the view are stunning with a direct access to the sea. It is the perfect place to relax in a garden surrounded by trees in a very quiet area. The kitchen is very well equipped with everything you need. The house was easy to find and the check in was quick.
