Gostaria de fazer uma observação quanto ao ônibus do traslado para o Santuario, que não tem limite de passageiros, vindo para o hotel no ultimo horario com um excessivo muito alto, com senhoras idosas se desequilibrando, caindo por cima das outras, nas curvas, fiquei com muito medo de ocorrer um acidente, quero deixar a data que foi 26/10/2025 o ônibus das 19:30h."

If you're looking for a Hotel experience with pool, spa, etc this is not the proposal. The one thing I didn't like is that the mattress is a bit too hard to my taste. I will stay here again when needed, for sure. Everyone that served us was happy and went out of their way to do anything we asked. "

"At Ibis, you usually know what to expect ahead of time, but this one fell short of the standard expectations. Outdated building that feels ran-down and in need of renovations. Bathroom light didn't work and the towels they provided were so worn out, they hurt your skin when drying. AC worked and we slept comfortably. Breakfast was good and worth it."
