"I came to Luxembourg from another country just to attend a concert. I contacted Le Rodbar about my troubles getting there from the city during the day but noone answered so I went there in person to discuss the options because it was too late to cancel the booking. They told me there's no way I can come to my room after 21:30 because I am the only person in the building. I asked for WIFI password, it didn't work. "We had a very pleasant stay at the hotel. The room is small but perfectly adequate and comfortable. The shower was excellent, and the cleanliness of the room was very good throughout our stay. We did experience a small issue with the air conditioning, but Katia, who checked us in, was also the person who later helped us resolve the problem. She was extremely kind, helpful, and professional, which made a big difference. Overall, everything was fine, and thanks especially to the great service, we would definitely recommend this hotel and would be happy to stay here again"
