"Good family room for an overnight stay, with a queen bed & 1 single, an ensuite & a tv. Plenty of towels and parking. Was a 7-10 mins walk to a local pizzeria for supper. Left early for our Pisa flight & was just 10 mins drive away, so very convenient."

"Carlos greeted us at the property and ensured we knew where everything was in the residence which was well equipped, very clean and next door to a grocery store. Carlos also recommended a great beach called the American Beach nearby and a fabulous Italian restaurant which I lost the receipt for but the food was excellent and incredibly reasonable. Carlos and Silvana are great hosts and deserving of their rating as Superhosts. Would recommend them to anyone staying in the area. "

"What a truly special place to stay in Tuscany. Zamira was a wonderful and kind hostess, and we couldn’t have asked for more. Breathtaking views from the hotel, delicious breakfast, and some great restaurants in walking distance. Would 100% go back and would highly recommend it to fellow travellers"

"Amazing place Amazing view Amazing food Amazing people. Highly recommended."

"We stayed in Sole for 2 nights then in Terra for 4 nights. Both were excellent and Maurizio could not have been more helpful. Sole had a pool but Terra was more spacious. Also had a large covered area to sit in the shade."

"Two dogs barking all the time. No Ac. Toilet crammed. Exhaust fan making noise all night. The owner was the meanest person- talking to us as if we were staying free. Worst experience of our life"

"Absolutely LOVED our stay at this property and didn’t want to leave! The apartment was bigger than expected, and had everything we could ask for. The grounds are so beautiful and the pool was wonderful. Highly recommend and hope to return for an extended stay on my next trip to Italy!"

"The apartment was lovely and clean. Nice tasteful decor and plenty of towels. Very comfy bed. Lots of space and a pretty, rustic view from the two windows. The area was quiet at night so we slept very well. There is a kettle in the hallway to use and a nice selection of tea bags. There was room to leave luggage prior and post stay. There are two different sections to the hotel so ensure you are at the right one. I couldn’t open the door with the code but it turns out I was at the wrong entrance...
