"Upon arrival, was helped by a lovely young lady who spoke English well. She told us we could have a late check out at no extra charge. The next day she wasn’t working and after the check out time when we were checking out, they told me I needed to pay for the extra time. They ended up not charging me after I challenged it. Rooms were nice enough. Two sheets on the bed, no blanket. Towels were a bit threadbare. Food and drinks were very good at the restaurant. Location was beautiful. "

"Return from Laguna San Ignacio, stayed at this LOVELY boutique hotel. Excellent accommodations. Continental breakfast served at 8am: Yogurt, fresh fruit, granola, warm toast and excellent coffee. Love this place."
