"The property is very cozy, quiet, and comfortable! All the details were well thought out and I appreciated the informative labels, such as on the AC. Stayed in the queen bed which was super comfortable as well. Only suggestion would be to add directions on how to find it. I came in after dark and had a difficult time figuring out where it was after Google maps incorrectly sent me to an apartment building nearby. A unit number marking on the exterior would be useful, as I only realized I was in the right place by recognizing it from the listing picture."

She helped us by getting a number to call Expedia and was very understanding of our frustration but went the extra mile to make everything right. She stayed on the line with the gentleman from Expedia and we got all situated. She is an angel and a great asset to the Hampton!! "
