Nestled on a gently south-facing, 4300 square metre plot of land terraced with natural stone walls, this oasis of peace enjoys an elevated hillside location. From here, you can enjoy breathtaking views across the valley to the Massif des Maures, the natural barrier between the Mediterranean and the varied hinterland. Peace and privacy characterise this inviting retreat.

Inside, you will be greeted by luxurious furnishings in 200 square metres of air-conditioned living and sleeping areas. Four spacious bedrooms, each with its own bathroom, guarantee individual comfort and privacy. The bedrooms on the ground floor each have en-suite bathrooms with bidet and private toilets, while the bedrooms on the upper floor have directly accessible, separate bathrooms as well as a shared shower and toilet. The centrepiece is the spacious living room with open beams, a traditional fireplace and ultra-fast internet access for entertainment and information. Adjacent you will find a bright, inviting dining area and a fully equipped, spacious kitchen that leaves nothing to be desired. New, from summer 2025, guests with electric cars will have a private charging facility for a fee.

The outdoor area enchants with two spacious terraces, the pool deck and a flowering garden. The pergola-covered west-facing terrace and the outdoor lighting create magical evening moods.
