It is forbidden to smoke in the house. (Nevertheless you must take all the necessary precautions outside because of the fires)

Possibility rental of linen and sheets. Beds made on request.
Deposit: 2 deposit checks will be requested upon arrival. One of 300 € covering the degradations,
the other 50 € for the household.
They will be fully or partially returned upon departure, after inventory.
The lease is conditional on the signing of a contract that contracts our respective commitments and the payment of a cash deposit.
