"I had a great stay at Radisson Hotel & Spa Gyumri. The room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The view from the room window was amazing and made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff were friendly, helpful, and always ready to assist whenever needed. The only issue during my stay was that the air conditioning was not working properly. During the day, the room became quite warm, and when I tried to adjust the temperature, only heating seemed to work instead of cooling. Overall, it was a very pleasant stay, and I would be happy to stay here again."

"Beautiful property and what an experience. From the moment our shuttle pulled up we were greeted at the gate by a host. Very warm and friendly, showed us our rooms explained amenities. What a great feeling it was. The rooms are amazing, think camping in Big Bear but at a 5 star resort. Waking up in the morning and looking out at the mountains, breathtaking!!! This resort is a must!!"

"One of the best places I stayed in Armenia. The atmosphere is very serene and rejuvenating, uniting with picturesque nature around it. The staff was very, caring and with great attention to customer needs. They made me feel like family. Hotel was very clean and cosy. They have animals at the property for guest interaction which was very entertaining. Most of all I was impressed with food, that was included in hotel price for 3 times a day. Not only it was fresh and home cooked but the test was amazing, not less than restaurants with Michelin star. This place became so special for me that I am looking to come back when I get a chance to be in Armenia again."
