"Le quartier très banal ! J' ai mis une étoile car nous ne pouvons mettre zéro : sale - vétuste - matelas sale ; vaisselle idem pas de possibilités de faire une petite cuisine ; chauffe eau fuit raccordé avec un tuyau à l' évier ne parlons pas de la salle d eau ! Jeux annoncés inutilisables sale de l' eau croupie qui sentait mauvais ! Nous sommes repartis ! Le propriétaire nous a remboursé et nous avons dû repartir sans logement avec les frais de retour ! Week-end gâché ! Je ne comprends pas...

"The studio of Alaine and Isobelle was ideal for my wife and myself they were very friendly and helpful. The village was situated well with a Coop, boulanger and a bar tabac who's owners were very pleasant and helpful and it was close to Royan and the place's we wanted to visit."

"Beautiful little property in the quiet village of Préguillac. Not far to the coast and an hour drive from La Rochelle and Bordeaux with lots of beautiful Vineyards to visit in between, and a 10 minute drive to Saintes with lots of restaurants and bars, as well as good shopping. Brilliant and welcoming hosts with cute dogs, will miss breakfast and coffee by the pool in the mornings."

"Abritel a fait le nécessaire pour nous reloger et nous a remboursé très rapidement. n'oubliez jamais d imprimer la réservation avec réf de l hôte et réf dossier, çà aide ... Avions réservé à ce studio, l'hôte n'avait pas pris en compte notre réservation, donc il ne nous connaissait pas et n'avait pas notre nom en réservation puis selon ses dires , il ne serait pas sur cette plateforme abritel de ce fait la réservation à cette date était déjà prise pour un autre couple sur airbnb à la date du 12...
