"From the moment of check-in up until check-out, the staff at the hotel and beach were amazingly helpful, frindly and very professional. We really feel like at home. It's really close to sea, and the food & drinks at panacco was excellent. They created amazing places to sit by the beach and also up back at the hotel. There are many restaurants around the hotel, so we were eating out 2 days but the dinner at the hotel was really good too. Overall, we had really the best experience from all aspects and will definetely come back!"

The bed was very comfortable, ensuring a good night’s sleep. The swimming pool was on the small side, and it was unpleasant having people smoking right next to it, but overall the stay was positive."

"While the location & quality of the place was great, & this is why we came here previously & choose this hotel every year, this year 2 incidents might make us decide not to come again. First is we were lied to at check in that the room we booked, Expedia made a mistake about & did not inform them of our room selection so they will give us another room, as the one we selected isn’t available. After we insisted that Expedia doesn’t do that mistake & that we want the room he said he’ll see what he can do & came back 15 mins later saying he solved it, which means he wasn’t very honest in the beginning !! there are only 3 rooms from the type we booked, so I find it difficult to believe he didn’t know it was available ?? Second, on check out, we asked if we could check out late, the manager asked a staff member if our room (203) is reserved & without hesitation he said yes it, & apologised, we said ok & spent the day at the hotel beach, only to realise at departure at the end of the day, that the room was totally empty & hadn’t even been cleaned when we left that evening. So quite disappointed with the management & staff dishonesty. I recommend to the owner to find better people to manage the place as it’s a shame that in this day and age some hotel staff still behave that way. "

"The stay was very comfortable. The staff were very friendly. Especially Mr. Özgür, Mr. Koray and Mr.Ali was super helpful and attentive. One friendly feedback though, sometimes we felt like we need to have frequent conversations with the staff when we were eating. I know they all come from a good place, but a little more privacy would be appreciated. Overall would recommend this place for its cleanliness, for its excellent service, breakfast and comfortable rooms."

"It is a nice friendly hotel, about 10 minutes walk from the harbour. Food and drink is offered on the roof terrace with superb all round views. All the staff were more than helpful. The room was spacious with a large balcony with fantastic views. A pleasant experience all round, would definitely go back if we were in the area."
