"Room was clean and spacious, the balcony overlooking the pool made it so much better! Staff was friendly and helpful. Plenty of parking nice big pool and steamy hot tub. I would definitely be staying here again on my next trip to Solvang."

"Parking was right in front of our room. We traveled on a weekday which made everything easy and breezy. The room is comfy, cute & clean. The lobby serves coffee and donuts from a local shop in the morning. Bacon maple donuts anyone? They have a gym, a bar/lounge and several fire pits on the property. Buellton and Solvang are really happening since they made the movie Sideways, hence the name of the hotel. This hotel welcomes well behaved dogs and there is a dog run on the property and a dog park nearby. Two places nearby that one must go to is Industrial Eats and Vega Vineyards. IE has excellent food and the best Caesar salad especially if you love garlic. Vega has great wines, delicious food and beautiful grounds. There are many animals in the back to visit. Goats, chickens, emu’s etc."
