"This place is a gem along the 101! Traveling from northern CA to Santa Barbara for a graduation and stayed here 1 night before picking up family at the SB airport the next day. It sits high atop the hill with a view in all directions and, with the adorable retro vibe, feels literally removed from every day life. I just wish I could have stayed a few more nights. I didn't get to eat in the restaurant...just know it isn't open until noon on weekdays but 10 on weekends. Very cute pool area too. My room was clean and cozy. I thought the cars on the 101 would keep me awake but nope, perfectly quiet all night and in the morning. Sat on the deck by the lobby for a tea before I checked out. This place just feels special. :)"
