Great apartment with shared pool, very close to the sandy beach.



In the town of Los Alcálzares you will find close to the water this beautiful vacation apartment. The fully air-conditioned apartment offers a bright, modern interior with many practical facilities for a comfortable stay. It is ideal for a small family and will be a nice retreat between excursions and wanderings in the area.



Enjoy a light breakfast on the balcony while you plan your day at leisure. For a refreshing dip in the water, the shared outdoor pool is available all year round.



If you prefer the sea, you can reach the sandy beach of "Mar Menor" in just 200 meters. This unique lagoon is a paradise for water sports enthusiasts. Enjoy the beautiful view of the blue sky, the equally blue sea and the high mountains in the background. Explore the spit to the Mediterranean Sea with its beautiful nature reserve on foot or by canoe. Here you can enjoy wonderful views of the landscape. For larger excursions, the port city of Cartagena or the provincial capital of Murcia with an old town and old cathedral worth seeing.
