"The villa was great - very spacious and ideal for us with plenty of restaurants/bars within walking distance. Communication with Daniela was excellent, she was extremely helpful and available when we had any queries. The villa itself needs a little bit of tlc in places which Daniela responded to and is sorting out. Fantastic weather and great golf courses nearby also helped our experience ! "

"Absolutely loved our stay at the villa. We arrived late and Mikel's son Unai met us with supplies that he had picked up for us. The villa was everything and more, every thing you needed was provided, the shopping trolley was a god send! spotless clean, pool cleaned twice a week. Supermarket was a 5 minute walk, local town of Torrevieja 15 minute walk. Good restaurants and bars all reasonably priced. Never slept so well, quiet area. Thank you so much for letting us stay! Hope to visit again very...

"We had a great stay. Villa and pool were fab, and the location is perfect. Short walk to a great range of restaurants with a few bars. Very good food. Also just a short taxi ride to Los Alcazares. Drive into Cartagena or Murcia for a bit of shopping, culture and Tapas. It also has to be said that the host is great, with good quick communication."

"There are a lot of positives about this property. It has a good amount of facilities, although some need attention. The location and proximity to the beach and local restaurants is great. The pool is a godsend in the extremely hot weather. Some of the outside furniture requires repair or replacing. One of the sun loungers is broken (the back rest is lose) but you could still use it and the cream parasol was in a very sorry looking state, broken, ripped & unusable. The blue parasol was difficult...

"We had a comfortable stay at this villa, It’s spacious enough for a large group, and the layout made it easy for everyone to have their own space, The location was convenient for golfing, just a stone's throw from Vistabella golf course, Would consider coming back!"

"Mi experiencia en este apartamento ha sido en general bueno lo unico que el microonda tenia hormiguitas y el aire acondicionado solo funcionaba si le echabas un euro y duraba entre 2-4h encendido, despues se apagaba y tenias que echar otro euro, nunca me habia encontrado este sistema y considero que se deberia haber avisado de esto ya que si no tienes dinero suelto te quedas sin aire y muriendo de calor. Otra de las cosas que no sabia era que el vecino esta litaralmente en frente de ti y parece...

"Beautiful villa in a great location within La Torre.Really clean and it has everything you need, we were a group of 4 adults and 2 young children and there was enough room for us all to have our own space. The pool was a good size and we all enjoyed it.We definitely recommend and would definitely book again "

"Detergent for dishwasher, washing machine and other things was nice to find as you do not use that much while staying only a month. Also very nice to find water and even wine and beer and various small things as we arrived late at night It would have been good to have a user guide or some reading material on some of the appliances but somehow we found out. We found the bed in the master bedroom too narrow"
