I arrived after a 15 hour flight and was greeted by a very professional, courteous, and friendly desk attendant. She was very quick and had me checked and in my room in record time. I would highly recommend the Bay Landing airport hotel.

After a long delay they'd send an email and call (which I always missed due to flights so go voicemail) and if I replied to email immediately I'd still not get a response until too late. The city of Los Altos is very nice, unfortunately it is overrun by self entitled, new money, techies that truly believe they are the only people that matter. It used to be okay, but now there are way too many people, especially people like that.
Lovely area if you have money to spend and want to relax, otherwise it's pricey and kind of out of the way.
