"Easy check in but room was never cleaned any of the 3 nights. Trash was emptied and clean towels, but beds were never made, coffee pot never emptied, and room never vacuumed or swept. I was surprised because I did not opt out for these services and there was nothing noted they would not be provided. ..."

"The hotel is currently doing renovations so by 9am you hear that but it really didn’t bother us because we were up by 6 and in the parks by 8am. The gym is closed during renovations. They did send up a sweet birthday gift for my son so that was really special. Overall a great stay! We have stayed ..."
