"The problem we had was the AC unit was not working and had to move rooms. It seems they don’t do regular upkeep on the units as it was really bad. We moved rooms and it was fine. They took longer than expected to get the room switched"

"This hotel is rated at 8.2 I believe and it turned out to be more like 5.1. My room was big but it had a musky odor. The facility seemed in disrepair and the elevators need to be updated. They just look like they are 50 years old."

"The rooms in this hotel are dated. The bathroom is old and the grout is stained. Walls are paper thin; I heard my neighbour taking a shower at 4:30 am and couldn’t get back to sleep after that. The cafe restaurant hits the spot for an à la carte breakfast."

"Untrustworthy. No notification until 10:03 AM on morning of checkout that checkout time had changed to 11 AM two weeks ago. Room door information still says 12 PM. Checkout time has been Noon for *over 40 years*, so not something I would even think to look at or ask about, and definitely something ..."
