Welcome to our new remodeled home in a safe neighborhood. Perfectly situated in Pasadena. Nestled in a quiet and serene neighborhood, our home conveniently located near Pasadena City College (5min walk) & Caltech (5min drive/ 30min walk). Step inside and be greeted by a beautifully renovated interior that combines modern amenities with a cozy ambiance. The living area provides a space to unwind, featuring plush seating, smart TV, BBQ Grill, Sparkling HOT SPA, and lots of natural lighting!

The main house features a total of three bedrooms, providing ample space for you and your companions. Two of the bedrooms are conveniently located downstairs, allowing easy access and mobility. These rooms are thoughtfully furnished to create a relaxing atmosphere, and each is designed to accommodate a restful night's sleep. Upstairs, you'll find a spacious bedroom that offers a bit more seclusion, perfect for those seeking a tranquil retreat.

In the back of our property, nestled amidst a serene setting, is the charming guest house. This space offers a sense of seclusion and independence, ideal for solo travelers or those who simply value their privacy. Family visit to Pasadena

Very nice place and comfortable for children. We had to borrow an air mattress for the first night because we didn’t get the code for the back house until very late. There were ants in the upstairs bathroom and that freaked out my daughter. I was very chilly the first two mornings as it was cold outside and I suspect the thermostat, which is upstairs, resets to 69, making the downstairs even cooler. There are some toys for children to play with, and the kitchen worked well for light meals. The blue couch is not a real fold out, but could work for a child. Very nice dead end street, quiet. Back yard is cute.
