The property is very spacious and met our needs.
We had a party of 10 and there were more than enough beds for our use. The kitchen was well equipped and we liked the extra long sink. The family room was very comfortable. Some areas of the property could be cleaner.

West Covina house
The house had plenty of sleeping space and bathroom space to accommodate all 10 of us. The guava tree in the yard was a nice treat. Good location between Disneyland LA and San Diego. To be honest the house was not clean. Floors and surfaces were sticky. Dirt and debris under couch’s and beds. Toiletries left behind by past guests a basket of dirty towels in the closet. Didn’t receive any info on how to access the house until I contacted the rental company telling them we were two hours away from the house. Check in was at 4 pm. We arrived at 5:30pm someone was in the house frantically cleaning like they forgot we were coming. Asked us to wait outside until they were done.
