Great choice for non-summer stay
There are lots of good points to this property, including access to great restaurant options (and a grocery) on Main Street, nearby Amazon delivery lockers, dedicated on-site parking, and quiet neighbors.
The minor complaints I would cite are that the property could use a real spruce-up. There are scuffs on the wall, paint wear to the cabinets, and failed caulk around the bathroom fixtures. Some of the cabinet latches don't work. All this would be easy to address and is by no means a show-stopper.
There is central heat, but the air conditioning is provided by a single window unit in the living room. This is noisy and doesn't cool all the way to the bedroom. There is a standalone evaporative cooling unit in the bedroom, but it is also noisy, and running this kind of "swamp cooler" only provides a cool breeze at the expense of higher ambient heat+humidity since this unit doesn't vent its exhaust to the outside. We were visiting during a heat wave into the high-90s, so if you're not in that situation, it's probably fine.
