This spacious home features 3 queen beds and 2 twin beds with brand new memory foam mattresses, a large living room, dining area, full kitchen, and central A/C and heating. Home is 1500Sqf and lot is 6300 Sqf. Enjoy high-speed Wi-Fi, all utilities included, and free parking for two vehicles. The property includes a huge private backyard and brand-new modern furniture throughout. A gardener comes once a month to take out the trash and maintain both the front and back gardens. Located directly across from the golf course and just down the block from the Museum of Tolerance, this home is also a 7 min drive to Rodeo Drive, 10 min drive to The Grove. It is just 20 min away from the Santa Monica beach and Pier, a 15 min drive from Hollywood and the Walk of Fame. This home is within walking distance of the best restaurants, grocery markets, and top LA attractions.
