The location is easy to access, right off the freeway. Location is quaint and cozy but adequate for our simple needs. AC works well (thankfully) and parking was easy. Best part was the excellent family-owned breakfast place right across the street, super convenient and tasty.

The room was humongous! I've stayed at pricier hotels with less space! AC was nice and cold, parking was easy and the hotel was just a few minutes away from the place we came to see. This was definitely a case of "don't judge a book by its cover".

The location is solid. Close to the airport, but not far from other key things in Burbank. Check in and check out were simple and easy, staff is friendly and very easy to work with. They let us check in early, which was much appreciated. A/C was excellent, a relief in very hot weather! Shower was nice, though it and the sink both drained rather slowly than was quite ideal. Bet was soft and clean. In all, the place definitely shows signs of wear and tear here and there, but it was far and away the nicest motel we've stayed at in Burbank. We'll keep it in mind for our next jaunt. Between the price and the location, we enjoyed it enough to hope to do it again.

My stay at the Bell Vista Motel was very enjoyable. The room was exceptionally clean, the staff was friendly and helpful, and one of the biggest perks was the free parking—which is a huge plus! The location is also excellent, with easy access to many of the area’s popular tourist attractions, making it very convenient for visitors. Overall, I had a great experience and would definitely recommend staying here to anyone visiting Burbank.

Obviously, a great price. One of the cleanest places I’ve ever stayed. This little motel has been completely redone and maintained. I wish there was a little coffee maker and a microwave, The pillows could really use some updating and replacing.. I usually don’t stay in low-cost motels like this so my expectations might be above where they should be. But overall, I was impressed.

The room was terrific. Very comfortable bed. The parking lot is very small, not enough room for all the guests. No amenities but a great stay for the price in Burbank. There's a great bakery across the street which was a welcomed surprise to get my coffee fix. I would stay again.
