Welcome to your modern and rustic home! Graced with 17 foot high ceilings, an open concept layout full of light, a gas fireplace, and views of the San Gabriel Mountains, this home is one you'll thoroughly enjoy! The loft-style master bedroom has its own private bathroom and gives off a fun LA vibe. Whether you are here for work or leisure, you have everything you need to make yourselves comfortable. We are also close to the entrance of the 101 for quick and easy access to the freeway.

We are less than a mile away from Ventura Blvd, walking distance to the famous street filled with some of the best restaurants and shops in LA. 0.5 miles away from the Sportsmen Lodge Shops which boasts Equinox, Erewhon, Sugarfish, Uovo, Civil Coffee and more.

We have a Whole Foods around the corner - less than 0.1 miles away and two Ralph's grocery stores both less than a mile in either direction. We are a short lovely walk through the neighborhood to our beloved Studio City Library, Coffee Fix, and Oy Bar.
