VACATION LIVING | GREENVIEW

In one of the most convenient locations in Southland, Greenview is situated on one of the most desirable streets in the Media District of Burbank. This home is within walking distance of the lively Burbank downtown district with its shops, theaters, restaurants, and parks. It’s only a short drive to the L.A. Zoo, Hollywood, Pasadena, or even downtown L.A..
The Burbank airport is also very close, as well as beautiful hiking trails.

This 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home was well updated, providing a great flow through the house, and features a beautiful backyard to enjoy the warm Southern California weather!

Relax and lounge with your guests in the living room, furnished with a comfortable L-shaped sofa, sofa chairs, Smart TV, decorative fireplace, and ceiling fan for good airflow.

The modern kitchen is outfitted with a five-burner gas stove, double-door refrigerator, dual sinks, lots of counter space, and all the essential amenities. In addition to the dining area with space for up to eight people, the breakfast bar with high-top seating is ideal to gather friends and relatives while preparing a delightful homemade feast!

The bedrooms all feature luxurious linens and pillows, Smart TVs, and ceiling fans for your comfort. One bedroom has a king-size bed and the two others are queen-size.

Greenview has two full bathrooms – One with dual sinks and a tub/shower combination, and the second one with a walk-in shower.

As you step into the vast backyard, you are welcomed by a large patio area featuring outdoor tables and seating, a gas BBQ grill, and a brick fireplace for nice and cozy evenings under the stars. Surrounded by mature foliage and fruit trees, it’s a lovely space for the entire family to get together and the kids to run around.

Additionally, all your cutlery as well as tableware are stocked. Basic spices (sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil) are provided for your cooking needs.

PARKING: Private driveway parking. There is no garage access.

CHECK-IN & CHECK-OUT: Check-in is any time after 4 PM and check-out is any time before 11 AM. Early check-in or late check-out time may be available, please inquire about pricing at the time of booking.

Welcoming Stay

My family and I loved this home! It was 8 of us who stayed here very comfortably. Close to many places to eat and Burbank Mall. Great communication with property manager at all times. I would chose this property in the future.

Wedding in Burbank

My husband's family gathered in Burbank for a wedding. My immediate family met us there . Location was perfect and the neighborhood was quiet and residential but close to everything. We were able to do a tour at Warner Brothers for the 100 year anniversary.

Lovely home in quiet location!

My husband, son, and I had a wonderful time at this home! The location is QUIET but also close to everything you need in Burbank. 3 minutes to Target 😉 The house was clean, bedding was comfortable, and the little welcome snacks and coffee were so appreciated. Special shoutout to the room darkening shades in two of the bedrooms. Very appreciated when adjusting to PST.

Comfortable house in a quiet neighborhood

This house was perfect for our 18-night stay. Clean and roomy 1920s charm with a nice backyard and patio in a quiet residential neighborhood. The king bed was very comortable and we loved having two bathrooms, one with a walk-in shower. We ate in for about half of our meals, so the spacious and well-equipped kitchen was a big plus. Two supermarkets and numerous other stores and restaurants are within a mile. This was our first vrbo rental and the contrast with a cramped, noisy hotel room was dramatic.

There were many unique things about the property, like a firepit and barbeque in the back yard. While we were busy and did not utilize the back yard, it was well maintained and was quiet. There was plenty of seating and room for the 7 of us that stayed at this house. Another unique thing was that all the bedrooms had a TV in them. Although my wife and I did not use ours, we were too exhausted for the day's events, it was nice to have the option. While the house was well stocked with everyday things you need and use, it didn't have a recycle bin in the kitchen to be able to sort out the recyclables. We had a wonderful stay and would recommend it to anyone.

Great location! Comfortable and quiet home.

Kitchen is very well stocked, beds are comfortable, living area is relaxing. Dining area worked well with 8 chairs, plus bar stools that can be used around the dining table. Beautiful, quiet neighborhood on a treelined street. Great for walks. Backyard is open to the front yard. The "master bedroom" has the king bed, but no attached bathroom. The "3rd bedroom" with the queen bed has the attached bathroom. This wasn't clear in the photos or description. Only downsides were maintenance issues: broken toaster, broken icemaker, though we were given a large bag of ice. Fan in 3rd bedroom had a broken pull switch for the light, so we had to unscrew the lightbulbs to turn off the light at night while the fan was on. Outdoor patio brickwork needs help.

Also, we like to play cards and games. The house was clean and well furnished, though my bed was too hard. We were disappointed that the yard was only partially fenced, so not safe to let the dog roam unleashed. The dining table and chairs are tall and heavy, so getting up and down was difficult for us, so no card playing or dining there. The patio was a little need of an update. On the whole it was a nice place, well equipped, beautiful kitchen, but for our needs it was a disappointment. I should have paid more attention to the photos and description. Next time I will look for "fully fenced yard." However, the host was polite and responsive when I had a question.

Reviewer Comments: Positives:Great location, nice neighborhood, close to many amenities, easy access to Universal, Burbank, and LA, mostly clean, comfortable, quite. Negatives: Several broken floor tiles through ought the property that make it feel dated and abused. The shower curtain needs to be replaced. The property is managed by a third party, and it could be a coincidence, but I started receiving advertising emails from several vacation sites as soon as they had my information. I specifically asked via email if they sell my personal information, and they did not respond. Not sure if VRBO has a policy about it, but they should. Are companies subsidizing the property costs by selling your information? Would be good to understand.
