Disliked: Cleanliness, check-in, communication, location, listing accuracy
Cockroaches are everywhere inside and outside of this musty, rundown hotel. I was being dropped off past 12am, thankfully my ride waited because I left in under 30 minutes from arrival. Neighborhood was very dirty inside and out was nothing like the pictures. Host downplayed the severe infestation and repeatedly offered to send pest control. Refused a full refund, stated refund only possible IF we cancelled and it was rerented, and ONLY for those days, if not then nothing. Finally offered a less than 50% refund. I said that was unacceptable. THEN THEY STOPPED RESPONDING! I wish I would have taken more pictures to validate this review but we literally ran out of there and on the sidewalk a huge cockroach chased us! I came to be with a dying friend and not having a place to stay after flying in added a huge amount of extra stress and the hosts only concern was keeping my money.
