Booked a room last minute for me and my 1 year old son as our AC had stopped working on a really hot day. Check in was easy and smooth, parking was free and staff was very friendly. The room was very clean and bed was very comfortable. Pool was very clean too and we had a great time swimming. This hotel is very close to a Trader Joe’s which makes it very convenient if you have forgotten any toiletries or wish to get snacks. Overall i recommend this hotel to anyone with children.

Lovely clean room with comfortable beds. The staff were friendly and helpful everywhere from reception, housekeeping and restaurant. The location is a very pleasant neighbourhood and the food and drink in the nearby village centre had a lovely atmosphere. Very safe residential area. Pool and spa pool were great.

The room had an odor. I think the carpet needs replacing and the drapes as well. The fragrance the hotel uses is not the best. They need to try a better fragrance. The facility itself was nice and very quiet.

The Good: overall clean room and competitive price. Great breakfast buffet and friendly stuffs. 20 min drive from ONT airport. The Bad: the drain of the tub is blocked; at the end of taking shower, it would end up covering your feet in the water. The body-wash bottle was empty on day one and remained empty even after next day’s room service; I need to request a new bottle at the front desk.

This hotel was great except the walls including ceiling was very thin. Guests above were stomping all night and even talking could be heard by us. So I would suggest requesting a top floor. Other than that it was great. The pool was always full including chairs so I didn't get to check it out
