Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX

Sonesta Los Angeles Airport LAX

8/10 Good
"Airport shuttle is great but finding the pickup spot was a little confusing. It’s on Level 2 BTW. Hotel had shuttle options setup through private companies to Sofi which was handy. Good getting there but confusing getting back to hotel. Had to walk a lot to get on return shuttle and ended up having to call the HMR supervisor to find the pickup location. The on-site restaurants were handy. There’s a musty smell in the hotel. The safe was locked so could not use it. They said they were sending security to unlock but they never came. The beds were comfy! The provided toiletries were nice, no need to bring shampoo or conditioner. I will book again!"

The LINE Hotel

The LINE Hotel

10/10 Excellent
"The rooms are kind of humid, but it’s extraordinarily clean I liked that the bottom is sealed. So my cats can’t go under. I didn’t like I wasn’t able to get to my car. Although the staff is nice. You cannot go get your car in the parking lot. It’s managed by AAA parking. The maintenance came in when I wasn’t there and I came back two seconds later to find him petting my cat idk how I feel about that but they were really nice and good service."
