I reserved two rooms for a conference at convention center. Second room only complaint was sink needs plumber. My room, the bathroom is need of a good cleaning, mold build up on shower tile and doors was disappointing, there was never a middle with air con. You were either warm or freezing, batteries in cable remote need replacing. Couldn’t lay in bed and change channel you had to get close to tv to change. There is a board on the box spring that scratches back of leg and poking out. Beyond this it was great. Enjoyed the property, great restaurants and convention center all within walking distance.

The hotel is tired and a little run down which is a great shame it could be a wonderful boutique hotel. There is no elevator and you have to take the luggage up narrow stairs the rooms start on the 2nd floor and above. The room was clean and the ladies did a good job, but the room was icky it needs a complete revamp. the furniture was old and basic. there was a stale smell through out the hotel which was not pleasant. The shower water ran cold and after a good 5 minutes it was luke warm. Front desk check in is only a few hours and you have to call them to see if you can leave your luggage. They were not very friendly. I am glad I was there for 1 night. The hotel was very central to the Long Beach cruise terminal and there was a lot of restaurants in the area you could walk to the aquarium

Really enjoyed our stay. The room was very clean and spacious. The only complaint are the pillows. They were over stuffed which made them extremely hard but that is it. Everything else was great. Would definitely stay here again.

The pictures do not represent what it really looks like. There is no elevator, the woman at the front desk in the morning was not great. She was very rude to people. The rooms need a serious cleaning!! We had lights with burned out bulbs, it just did not match up to the photos. Looked like a Landlord special make-over! Not great. It does however have so much potential! We ran into other people who said they would not be back as well.

This is a converted apartment building, no elevator and no standard front desk. You check in with a code. They are super responsive to messages which is nice. I think it is trying to be boutique like, but it’s not quite there. Pretty run down, although my bathroom had been redone, the other room in my party said theirs had not been. Lots of street noise, the bed was decent. There was a little kitchen area that I didn’t touch, and a walk in closet with lots of hangers but an old dresser that didn’t really work. Good location. Did the trick for my needs but wouldn’t stay there again.

Check in was very easy. The location was nice. Our room was quiet and had a partial kitchen. We were not street facing so it was quiet but our friends had street facing and they had noise problems. There are 3 floors and no elevator so heavy luggage is hard to get up and down to and from the 3rd floor.
