FULLY FURNISHED. Available 11/01/23 for a minimum 3+ month stay, max of 6 months. This is a perfect home for remote work or corporate housing. This is a 2 bedroom, 2 1/2 bath unit, hardwood floors throughout. Full chef's kitchen has all of the plates, glasses, cutlery and pots and pans needed. There is also a 65' TV with Apple TV. The master has a king bed with ensuite and TV. Bedroom two has a queen bed with ensuite. An office with standup desk and 3 monitor workstation. Private washer/dryer.

An amazing rooftop deck with TV, couch, lounge, fire pit dining table and BBQ. Parking includes a tandem split driveway in addition to off-street parking. Garage for storage.

Two sets of linens, bath towels, beach towels & beach chairs are provided. All utilities are included (Wi-Fi, electricity, cable, water, sewer, trash). Small pet considered with an additional deposit.

Just a short walk to Redondo Pier, restaurants, bars and shopping. Right around the corner from Hermosa and Manhattan Beach Piers. Area is perfect for surfing, paddle boarding, sailing, kayaking sport fishing, roller-blading, biking and skateboarding. Twenty-mile bike path stretching from Redondo to Venice Beach and Santa Monica.

We respect our neighbors and we ask our renter to do the same. Quiet hours from 10pm - 8 am. No smoking
