2/10 Terrible

Disliked: Cleanliness, staff & service, amenities, property conditions & facilities
It was a terrible experience. I had to wait at the gate for almost an hour, despite having emailed them in advance about check-in. The entire check-in process is automated, with no proper assistance. The property is extremely poorly maintained, and the photos on the website are misleading and give a completely false impression of the place. When I finally entered, it was so shabby and unclean that it felt more like a homeless shelter than an accommodation. I decided to leave and did not stay there at all. I would strongly advise others to avoid this place.
