The staff is wonderful but the hotel could use a bit of work removing stains, fixing cracks/seals, and better bedding. I would stay here again just would bring my own bedding.

The owners were incredibly helpful, kind, and patient. They did not speak much English but after reviewing my reservation from Expedia, they helped me to my room. I give poor ratings because at least my room was a little dirty. There were a few holes in my sheets which didn’t bother me much. Location was great. Amenities nearby were great. The biggest issue was my shower did not work at all. I had to go about my day with no shower. Which was unfortunate. Main issues, cleanliness and non functional showers.

The room had mold on the shower curtain and there were roaches that got into my sandwich The sheets had holes probably from cigarettes or drugs paraphernalia A staff were nice. The parking was just too tight. I accidentally hit my mirror on the pillar The place was quiet for what it was. When the price I can't expect more Amenities like a hairdryer refrigerator. That's pretty much it. I didn't drink machine downstairs in an ice machine. I believe they had Microwave, in a different room.I know.Check

If you need to stay in Long Beach and you don’t have much money this place is a good choice. Just keep to yourself and don’t bother anyone. No bed bugs so that is always great!

It was absolutely filthy. The bathroom shower was broken and unusable. There was urine smell reading the bathroom. Blood stains and dirt all along the wall. Completely unsanitary we went and bought Lysol just to sleep

Truly the rooms need lots of work and fixing, bathroom doors had a whole, shower curtain had mold, bathroom toilet needs to be replaced, shower handles need to be replaced they were about to fall off the wall, the room it self definitely needs a good cleaning and paint job. The pictures didn’t justify what it truly is.
