"The outside wasn't anything special, and the location right next to the freeway, while convenient, had us nervous. We were so pleasantly surprised by this property! Large spacious rooms with lots of storage for our family of 4- clothes, pool toys, snacks- we were very comfortable. The staff was friendly, discreet and very helpful- extra pillows and towels were brought to us immediately! The location was perfect for short trips to Universal, Griffith Observatory and cute shopping at Magnolia Park. Free parking! We definitely recommend this hotel."

Valet is pricey but worth it; they're on the ball and have your car ready in minutes. The breakfast buffet is simple continental but well-maintained — fresh fruit and ingredients are clearly a priority. Rooms are clean, the on-site restaurant is solid, and the little extras they offer are a nice touch that elevates the stay. Would definitely return."
