This home is only available for long-term stays. We can work out a flat monthly rate for somebody who wants to stay longer than a month. This will include parking all utilities, Wi-Fi, Internet, and TV. The parking is tandem, and you will receive one spot.

Walking distance to everything on Ventura Boulevard including Trader Joe’s, CVS, chase bank, Vons, grocery store, and many restaurants and shops. Walking trails alongside the LA river aqueduct just down the street.
