This brand new construction home has a 18ft tall vaulted ceilings with skylights, large windows and a double patio door that make the space airy and bright. Open the double door patio door to embrace indoor / outdoor living at its finest.
The space is compact but efficient with a full kitchen and bath and private bedroom. Quality construction keeps the noise out for a peaceful nights sleep or lazy afternoon nap. Great for tourists as well as business travelers. The kitchen table doubles as a workspace and the house comes with high speed wifi.
Easy street parking is available throughout the neighborhood, one of the few areas in Venice where this is still the case.
The level of contact with the property manager is up to you. We are always available for questions and can send someone over for anything you need, but everything is self service and we respect your privacy. We live in the main house.
The location is fantastic.
A 20 minute walk or 5 - 10 minute bike ride gets you to Venice beach (less than a mile away).
The famous Abbot Kinney is just down the street, a 5 - 10 minute walk away from amazing shops and restaurants.
The incredible restaurants and boutiques of Lincoln Blvd are 10 - 15 minutes walk or a short bike ride.
Adjacent to Santa Monica to the North and Marina Del Rey to the south, both easily accessed via the beach bike path.
It's 15 - 20 minutes by car to LAX.
Many e-bikes and scooters are available, grab one and you're at the beach in minutes, without having to worry about a bike lock.
Uber / Lyft rides are fast and plentiful.
Public bus stop is less than 2 blocks away.
