Perfectly located less than 2 miles from beach and walking distance only 2 blocks from down town Mar Vista and shops and restaurants. House is fully remodeled with an indoor/outdoor open air aesthetic. Window walls with large sliding glass doors and screens fully open each living space on to outdoor decks and patios. Have dinner inside outside of the living room while watching movies or sports on projector with surround sound. Chill in the front yard around fire pit with 4 independent charging stations for laptops/phones/tablets. Have a romantic soak for two in primary bedroom private patio. Two dog doors that allow dogs in and out on their own to enjoy the large yard.
