Westlake Inn is an absolutely beautiful property. The rooms have fireplaces and jetted tubs. From the time we arrived, the staff went out of their way to make our stay a perfect one. The pub at the inn offers live bands. There’s wine tastings...so much to do! We loved it!
This is a very nice place to stay. I highly recommend it. Such a great atmosphere!

Nice remodel
Room was nice. Fireplace was cozy. Bed linens were comfy, but bed was a little hard. Got a junior suite with a jacuzzi tub, but apparently it was a shower/tub combo. Would have enjoyed it better if that was a separate shower and tub. No microwave in the room. Internet in rooms didn't work until the morning. Hope to sleep in but they were still remodeling some of the rooms near my room. So at 8 am the power tools went on. But the man at the front desk was very apologetic and nice.

One night stay!!!
Great night but I can hear people outside, upstairs and fountain.
Wrongdoings:
1. Brought us to a mini suite with 2 queen beds when our Rez called for our 1 king mini suite
2.much smaller rooms than pics
3.bath tub jacuzzi would not heat up
4.maid woke us up with 3 loud noises at 8a and then when confronted was super rude
5. Room service messed up and not corrected because the kitchen closed as soon as our ordered was delivered.
6. When management was confronted about all of these issues the sales manager was very very rude. She tried to bring an excuse for every problem and then tried to turn it around on us lol. She wouldnt refund us for the 100+ dollar mistakes on our room service bill nor would she even acknowledge or apologize for the other issues. She did give 50$ credit which was a slap in our face- won't stay here again even if items

NYE STAY
Overall I loved the place. The beds were amazing!!! Only stayed for a night bc we attended a NYE party there, but would stay again.
Our only complaint was the door handle to our room had to be replaced. The door opened by itself if you pushed it open without a room key. Maintence came to fix it but we checked the day after and still wasnt working properly. The staff made sure to fix the problem right away. Which we appreciated Alot!
The Tuscany Room Suite we stayed in was beautiful, relaxing, enjoyable and pleasant. I simply felt at peace the moment I walked in the door. There was a large living area, a walk up bedroom and a large bathroom suite. It was even more amazing because of the courtesy upgrade I received. As a first time visitor, I will eagerly return to this hotel.
Hotel has beautiful grounds so has a lot of events and a popular night club on premises so makes it noisy. Parking at night a real problem and guests are not given priority. Twice we were told we wern't allowed to park in designated valet spots but there was no other parking available. Finally after showing room key we were allowed to park. Restaurant attached to hotel is excellent. All in all too noisy and too much chaos for a leisurely stay.
We come here every year for our anniversary and we love it. We love to lay by the pool during the day, take a nap then go our to a a great dinner then a fun nightclub, all without having to drive. We love this place. It's beautiful, convenient and always a special treat.
Beautiful room and grounds, highly recommended. The staff I met while at the hotel were fabulous, unfortunately the reservation person when I called almost convinced me I didn't want to return but glad I did.
A great place - you would think the price was double!
grounds are beautiful. rooms very spaciuos and relaxing. only negative comment i can think of is the room service menu should have more of a variety and there should be a bar available after 10PM (outside of the night club) for the no longer 23 year old GUESTS. Outside of that - ENJOYED THE STAY VERY MUCH!

It was very nice. Easy to get in & out of the facility.
My wife & I enjoyed our stay. It would have been helpful to have specific instruction about certain things, like the easiest way to get into the golf course or where to find healthy food choices. Other than that it was a great stay.
Ranking my grievances:
1. Ants in room. In bathroom. On desk. Climbed onto room service tray.
2. Light bulb at desk burned out. I replaced with bulb from nightstand.
3. In room movies not accessable. It took about an hour and 2 calls to the front desk to resolve.
4. No parking attendant or anyone else when I arrived at 7:30pm. No one at front desk. No one anywhere. Eventually I found someone to check me in.
5. Dog barking in nearby room after 11 pm. Ended after 20 minutes or so.
6. Picked up in room magazine and BIG cookie crumbs tumbled off. Not my cookies.
It is a shame that this nice hotel has basic travel flaws. The main problem is their lack of wireless access and the fact that the staff doesn't care whether it inconveniences you or not. I phoned 7 times, visited the lobby twice, had my husband call to convince them that we needed the direct line to the person in charge of tech, spent an hour and a half on the phone with them about the situation ... and still no results. The staff was indifferent all the way up to the manager, Jennifer, who was suppose to phone me in the morning prior to my departure and has yet to call to apologize for the problems (it has been 3 days). The gentleman at the front desk who checked me out of my hotel didn't even have the decency to ask how my stay was. Other small problems were that I had to phone to request my room be cleaned, an hour wait for dessert to be delivered, and the cookies (averaging $5 a pop) we waited an hour for were not freshly made nor quality in their taste. A shame for how much they cost.
I will not be returning and will not be recommending this location not because of the small problems but because of the way I was treated - indifferently.
This "hotel" has an exceptional quality and atmosphere. I say "hotel" because it is actually comprised of several buildings, each with a small courtyard, around the beautiful grounds. Everything we experienced was top notch. I can't wait to go back.
Front desk person was fast accurate on every detail. Suggested a better view and it was just lovely to look out off of the patio to the pond and golf course instead of the other rooms. Great when you do not want to drive home from a great night at Bogies. and some fun Karaoke on Wednesday night, I give it a four star quality for quaint and perfect!
The hotel grounds, the rooms, the style, and the walking-close restaurant were all wonderful. They all exceeded my expectations. The bed was so comfortable, and the tv unit was great. The morning breakfast was a complete plus. I would stay here again in a heartbeat.
