"Excellent "

"Great hotel. Only complaint is they add a mandatory gratuity to a “complementary” buffet style breakfast with no one attending the table and everything is self service. I don’t mind tipping, but when you have mandated tipping, you do not encourage good customer service, because they are guaranteed a gratuity and they do not have reason to do more than is required by their employer. I still believe gratuities (tips) are for services rendered, not for tips expected. That being said I did not have a negative experience other than the waiter asked if I had been there before and when I said yes, he just said “well then you know what to do” and walked away. Funny thing is when we checked in, the guy at the counter told us there was a 5 dollar charge for breakfast , then said next week they are not charging that fee because it upsets people staying there. I then I asked, then why are still charging the gratuity and he didn’t say. Normally I would have tipped more than $4.99, but since they didn’t nothing except pick up my plates after I left, I didn’t see a reason to have left anything. I understand the prices are going up everywhere but don’t advertise a Free Breakfast when you charge 4.99. It is not a free breakfast. The description at booking should state “fees apply.” Other than that small complaint, The hotel is nice, food was good and the view is great. "

"Fantastic hotel. Beautiful facility, friendly staff and the rooms are HUGE! (And I mean huge.) in another hotel, this room would have been a suite. It was awesome. The breakfast in the restaurant was excellent and the location of the hotel was great. The ONLY criticism I have is that the pillows were possibly the worst I have ever slept on. It was like laying on a bag of garbage and definitely caused some neck pain. Other than that, this hotel was really fantastic. I would book here again for sure… I hope they order new, better pillows but worth bringing my own next time. Lol"

"Clean room good service "

"The hotel is at a great location; Carls Jr is next to it and Mcdonalds across the street. But other stores are within minutes through car. Santa Monica Pier is also close. We really enjoyed breakfast! It had many options such as waffles, cereal, eggs, ham, and much more! The breakfast is a plus! The room were spacious and clean. We got a king beg and queen bed and the queen bed had its own room! "

"Beautiful stay and incredible employees. Shout out Deveena for being so kind! We got upgraded and were able to check in 3h early and it made our Valentine’s Day really special. One thing, walls are very thin so I recommend turning the fan on all night for the AC- it helped with nearby noise. Comfy beds and cute property, super close to Rodeo Drive, will definitely be back!"
