"Great location with Fantastic views. Enjoyed hanging out with my family. I got my exercise in walking up and down the path from the city to the house. Conveniently located close to the beach and city. It takes about two minutes to walk up the path to the house. Surfboards and boogie boards are available at the property if you would like to indulge in that."

"Absolutely loved the house. Very spacious and worked well with our 12 person family. Spiral staircase was neat but be mindful if mobility impaired or have small children (there is a safety gate). "The home José and his wife provided was spotless. It is much larger than the photos show. The kitchen is enormous and we enjoyed the outdoor bbq. "Had both units for our family, plenty of room. Didn’t realize it’s a second unit and not a 2br. Estancia is nice, quiet pool, but plenty of activity next door at Villa Palmar. Food is mediocre, tequila selection lacking, but plenty of great options in Bucerias, short taxi or walk. La Comer, nice grocery and easy to get to and stock the kitchen. Rented bikes next door to property and went on a long ride, good bike & running path, about 4 miles."

Michele was lovely to deal with, very responsive and the list of favourite restaurants in the area was very helpful. Ray also took the time to show us around La Cruz when we arrived which was greatly appreciated. The negatives were cold showers as the water heating system was not working properly, and the house was very dark especially in the kitchen making food preparation difficult. "Punta Sayulita is a very unique community. Nested in beautiful trees and vegetation with stunning sea views and a fantastic Club House. Casa Kocomo is lovely, very nice rooms with views and a nice pool. The best thing was to have Chaito and her team cook us breakfast and delicious lunches, followed by wonderful Margaritas done by Enrique. It felt like a 5 star resort. "Hacienda Sayulita is an incredible experience! We were a group of 16 and none of us had ever stayed at a fantastic place like this before. "This is a super unique home overlooking Sayulita! I would suggest a golf cart rental is a must to go back and forth to town. The hills and turns up to the home are much easier with a golf cart than in a rental car. Bonnie does have space for parking two carts! As with many houses in the area, there are many stairs to the home and I'd suggest packing in bags that are easy to carry up steep stairs. "House and pools were amazing, beds super comfortable, layout of house perfect for adult couples. We hired a chef for two days, highly recommend. We rented golf carts to go to town, definitely too far to walk. It was so nice to not hear the nightlife noise until 4:00 am, but still enjoy all Sayulita has to offer. "We weren’t told how bad the road to enter was. Dirt, broken cobblestones, large mud puddles and deep ruts. Most places room for only one car. Took 20 minutes to go 2 miles. Wi-Fi is always going out so if someone wants to work, good luck. We were told someone would meet us at the gate. When we finally got to the gate it was deserted. Could not get a call to go through.
