"Hemos estado en gral confortables. La calefacción, los baños y la limpieza impecables. La cocina y el salón cómodos aunque la mesa resulta estrecha para nueve habitantes. Tuvimos que reclamar platos y cubiertos porque solo había para 6 comensales. No disponíamos de tabla para cortar lis alimentos. Con esos pequeños agregados, sería perfecto."

"Too far to walk to centre so relied on taxis which reception ordered but the return journey meant waiting at a taxi rank which took a while. Bar area lovely for a drink and light meal and parking excellent as very close to reception."

"The hotel staff is very kind and professional. The room was incredibly spacious for the four of us. The breakfast was very good as well. The hotel is right off the highway, so you can get to the center of Madrid and to the airport within 30 to 35 minutes depending if traffic. It is an easy ride to both areas. There are places to go shopping and dining close to the hotel. I would recommend it. "

"We booked the Suite for a long weekend and weren’t disappointed. Room was spacious with numerous balconies. Extra touches with cakes, fruit or sweets daily along with bottled water, besides the normal tea and coffee. Cleanliness was second to none. Staff were professional and polite. Breakfast was full of variety along with freshly cooked eggs and bacon by order. The indoor and rooftop pool facilities were amazing. Lots of restaurants in the vicinity along with bars. Just a short walk away from the Palace and its gardens that are well worth a visit. Highly recommend."
