"I booked this room for my daughter. This is her review. The staff was wonderful! I requested a later check out upon arrival and it was no problem. I checked out, however, I needed to remain on the premises due to a meeting and the front desk clerk graciously allowed me to use a table in the closed breakfast area. Which was a life saver! The room was clean, beds were comfy, and breakfast had a good variety of choices. My only complaint would be the air conditioner in my room was loud and kept waking me up at night. "

"Sraff and property were great; however, the disregard of smokers that stated before us, of the house policy of being 100% smoke free, was not appreciated. The manager addressed it with a sufficient discount for our inconvenience, which was very much appreciated! If only the smokers that stay in what reference themselves as smoke free properties were as respectful of hotel's guests as was the hotel's management. "

"There’s good food around the place. The ramen was excellent and give you tons of noodles. The hot tub was nice. Staff are amazing. The breakfast is nothing spectacular but the unlimited coffee is nice. Theres noise bc of construction. Thanks for having us!"
