"Best hotel in Bacolod and staff are amazing. I got to the airport and realised I’d left my passport in the safe. They had it to me in half an hour and I was still able to catch my flight. I’ll be back next year!"

"DO NOT. I REPEAT. DO NOT book this hotel.
They have numerous hidden charges, terrible rooms, cockroaches, no hot water, and with the ac on 16°C the room still was hot and we were still sweating at 8pm at night. The door had a Crack that you can seen through."

"I’ve stayed at this hotel twice—once for a week in January 2025 and again for 10 days this year—and both experiences were excellent. One of the things I love most is its convenient location.
