**Note** Villa Tranquilo Is a detached Villa that is positioned behind the owner's home, yet it still has amazing views out to the Sea of Cortez.

The Master suite has a king bed and is also wheelchair accessible with a giant 'wet-room' (roll-in) shower and a roll-under sink with amazing views through the exterior Palapa Room and out to the Sea of Cortez. The great room design gives an open roomy feeling with the full kitchen and laundry off to the side. The second bedroom has a King bed and a separate entrance that has beautiful mountain views.
