It would be helpful if a physical welcome guide was provided with things like wifi password (we called them and they provided it), garbage location, etc. We didn’t have enough towels for the number of ppl we were and they brought some. "El papel higiénico es de mala calidad. Nos gustó lo gentil que fue el personal. La ubicación es muy buena. Los desayunos deberían de tener más variedad. La máquina de café siempre apagada y teniendo que solicitar la enciendan cada vez que se va a usar. Ese detalle es grave. Escaso pan en el desayuno. La caja fuerte no funciona digitalmente y se debe usar la llave. El sistema de cortinas no permite el uso adecuado con las ventanas Antiruido."
