Room was clean, well equipped and easy access with elevator. Staff were amazing and cared for our safety, not that it was needed. Surrounding areas were iffy, but so much to do at the resort to be entertaining and the pools were amazing. Spa was great too.

We had such a wonderful time! There are many pools and the views are spectacular! The property is very clean. The rooms are quite large, which we love! Two bathrooms in a one bedroom is wonderful! The restaurants are very good. The location is nice. You can walk or take an Uber or taxi into town. If we go back to Cabo, I will definitely stay here again! Thank you!

The room was cleaned daily and the staff did a great job. Staff were friendly and were willing to help with suggestions or directions when called upon. Breakfast was good and served outside by the ocean. Pool bar service was prompt but not annoying.

Great place for the cheaper side of Cabo. Staff is great, security is easy on you if you see them. Everything is clean. Amenities are expensive but so is everything over there. Food is repetitive through all 3 restaurants; so be aware: the bar food is the same, the $20 nachos are $40 on the beach side restaurant.

The hotel was beautiful and the amenities were well-kept up. The staff made the resort much more hospitable. It was the off season so very quiet, but peaceful. There were some time share vibes at times, and I think I have a few suggestions, like letting Ubers come up the big hill, or offer golf carts down to the drop off. The people running the pool games were fun. And breakfast was tasty. The room was updated recently so fresh, clean, and very nice with a spacious balcony.

We enjoyed our stay at Playa Grande. We stayed at the master suite and enjoyed unobstructed views of the beach, which is beautiful - and great for whale watching - though too rough to swim in. The room is very comfortable and great for longer stays, as are the amenities. Did not participate in the time-share-related events or invitations, though we were regularly contacted to do so. Our stay was during the low season, which made the resort feel quiet, but unsure of the vibe during peak months.

We had very relaxing time. The swimming pools were great, the suite was very nice, clean and large with view of the sea and the pools. The food in restaurants were expensive but delicious and theme nights were pretty fun. The staff were very friendly, and overall enjoyed our stay very much.

We stayed here for a few days to celebrate my birthday. The staff were wonderful. My only complaints are the hidden hotel fees (service fees, sanitation fees, cargo carrier fees, and federal taxes) which were more about $200. We also had our water turned off on Saturday from 10am - 8pm, and no hot water from Saturday through Sunday. I was also charged for their buffet breakfast ($25/per day) which I declined but was told was prepaid and I couldn’t refund or use at their restaurants. Beautiful place. Won’t be back.

I really enjoyed the saltwater pool At the spa! The tacos were good from Calima and the oysters were great! I had breakfast included and it was decent! The drinks were great too! And the staff was excellent!

This is our 2nd trip to Playa Grande and it was yet another great experience. It's family friendly and tons of activities for kids, teenagers and young adults . The only downside is the drinks are very pricey and can barely taste the alcohol. Otherwise , it's close proximity to the marina lots of options.
