The Viceroy Hotel offers an exceptional experince with its well- maintained,clean facilities and beatiful views! The staffs are incredibly friendly and attentive to your needs. I celebrated my birthday/anniversary with hubby and i must say i will never ever forget this amazing experince here at Viceroy.

We absolutely enjoyed the ambience of the resort. Super Chill, Zen Vibez, delicious food, excellent service. The spa was incredible coupled with hydrotherapy. Top shelf liquor, yummy house cocktails, and views of the ocean and beach at every pool. We did get hit with a tropical storm and still received first class services. Our elevator didn’t work for a full day due to the tropical storm but we didn’t mind walking. The workout room is absolutely fabulous with the best equipment and enough room to do HIIT training. If you want a beautiful room and a relaxing escape, this is the place.

Excellent all around. If you are looking for a high end modern stay this is the place. Really quite, not so much noise or activities from your regular resorts, again really quite, modern, clean, VIP treatment all the time.

I recently stayed at Viceroy Los Cabos, and it was an incredible experience! The architecture is stunning, blending seamlessly with the ocean views. The staff was attentive and made sure every detail was perfect. The rooms were luxurious, with modern amenities and breathtaking views. Whether relaxing by the pool or exploring the local area, every moment was pure bliss. I highly recommend this hotel for anyone looking for a luxurious and memorable getaway.

I love the Viceroy and its staff so much, they always welcome you with the best and friendliest attitude willing to make their guests happy. The amenities are superb and the food is delicious. I also love having access directly to the beach!

Resort is small and has beautiful views. Staff is very friendly. Food and drinks are good but exceptionally overpriced compared to other five star resorts. Cabo as a whole has become extremely overpriced.

Overall, we had a great time here. Above all, the customer service and workers were phenomenal. The staff was so accommodating and excellent. 10/10 in regards to how excellent they were. Given that this is a 5 star hotel, I would say the actual property is more like a 4 or 4.5 stars. The gym was very very nice. The pools were nice but small. I know it’s very difficult to do in the summer but the pools were like saunas. They were so hot. As a 5 star property I would expect this not to be the case. Additionally the spa was great and they had an entire hydrotherapy area which included a hot tub, sauna, steam room and cold plunge… all of the hot hydrotherapies worked but the one we were looking forward to the most, the cold plunge, wasn’t working while we were there. I’m curious how long it has been out of commission. As I mentioned this is what we were looking forward to the most and we were disappointed to find out it wasn’t working. In regards to the location, it was a great location with excellent restaurants all around the area which I strongly recommend. Leading me to my last point — the food. Our biggest issue with the property was the food and drinks. It was outrageously expensive and not good. We tried three of their restaurants on the property and all of them were very average for the price. For example, I paid $38 usd for a wagyu burger and I would’ve preferred a $10 burger from five guys. Every cocktail is $20 at least as well and they are average tasting.
